     The 1801 census lists a farm's subfarms and tenant farms in one list. At Langeland in 1801 there were three farmers and two tenant farmers.

     All of these households are related. The tenant farmer Peder Pedersen signed over his part of the main farm to his now dead son, the father of the three Pedersen children in the first household. Another son, Knud Pedersen, is the head of the third household. And Anna, his second wife, is the sister of the other Knud Pedersen, the one who's head of the fifth household.

     Mons, the head of the second househould, is the father of the wives of both Knud Pedersen in the third household and Knud Pedersen in the fifth.
