     Mari Olsdatter was born circa 1790 at Hurum, Buskerud.² She married Jørgen Jonsen on 16 December 1815 at Hurum kirke, Hurum sogn, Hurum, Buskerud.²

     Johanne Rebecca Thrane was born circa 1790 at København.¹ She married Hans Pedersen Ebeltoft, son of Peder Christensen Ebeltoft and Caroline Hansdatter, circa 1818 at Holmens sogn, København, Sokkelund, København.¹

     Leonard Andersen was born on 30 December 1790 at Marrislætten, Tromsø prestegjeld, Troms.² He was christened on 30 January 1791 at Tromsø prestegjeld, Troms.²

     He appeared on the 1801 Census at Tisnæs, Tromsø prestegjeld, Troms, with his parents and siblings, as: Leonard, their child in this marriage (Deres børen i dette ægteskab), 11.(See whole household).⁴ An intent to marry (trolovelse) was registered for Leonard Andersen and Ingeborg Hansdatter Kiil on 9 July 1815 at Tromsø prestegjeld, Troms.¹ He married Ingeborg Hansdatter Kiil on 1 August 1815 at Tromsø prestegjeld, Troms.¹

     Torsten Knutsen Tuftin may have been born on 16 October 1786, but there is conflicting evidence.¹ A Torsten Knutsen was christened on 3 April 1791 at Norderhov, Buskerud.^2,3 It's uncertain if this is the right Torsten Knudsen as the 1865 census has him born in 86-87, the burial record gives a birth date of 16. Oct 1786, and the marriage record has him born in 94. The only Torsten Knutsen in the christening records and the 1801 census for the area, is the one born in 1791. Another piece of weak evidence is an Erik Knudsen is a sponsor at the baptism of three of Torsten's children, but the name is fairly common.

     He appeared on the 1801 Census at Stabekk, Lunder sogn, Ringerike, Buskerud, with his parents, as: Torsten Knutsen, their child (Deres børn), 9.(See household and details).⁴ He married Mari Paulsdatter, daughter of Poul Pedersen and Maria Halvorsdatter, on 21 October 1815 at Lunder sogn, Ringerike, Buskerud.⁵ He and Mari Paulsdatter probably lived from the early 1820s at Tuftin, Lunder sogn, Ringerike, Buskerud.^6,7,8 In 1845 they lost two sons to typhoid fever, Poul (25) on February 27th and Jon (22) on April 30th.^9,10

     He appeared on the 1801 Census at Tveitarås, Samnanger, Hordaland, with his parents, as: Johannes Johannesen, their child (Deres børn), 10, unmarried (Ugivt).(See household and details).¹ He married Magdela Hansdatter Bjørndal on 6 July 1817 at Samnanger sogn, Os prestegjeld, Hordaland.² Johannes Johannesen Tveitarås and Nils Tomasson Børdal (brothers-in-law) served as witnesses (forlovere) at what was a double wedding involving Johannes and Anna, who were Johannes' son and daughter and Nils' nephew and niece, where Anna married Torbjørn and Johannes married the widow of Torbjørn's brother.      Beret Pedersdatter was born circa 1796 at Tromsø prestegjeld, Troms.^1,2 An intent to marry (trolovelse) was registered for Berreth Pedersdatter and Christofer Hansen Kiil on 16 October 1816 at Lyngen sogn, Lyngen, Troms.³ She married Christofer Hansen Kiil, son of Hans Sørensen Kiil and Ane Margrete Kristoffersdatter, on 1 December 1816 at Lyngen, Troms.³ She and Christofer Hansen Kiil lived at the time of their marriage at Røsnes, Tromsø prestegjeld, Troms.³

     She appeared on the 1865 Census at Kvitteberg, Lyngen, Troms, with her husband, fosterson and a maid, as: Beret Pedersdatter, his wife (hans Kone), 70, born in Tromsø.(See household and details).¹ She died on 7 May 1872 at Kvitteberg, Lyngen, Troms.² She was buried on 26 May 1872 at Lyngen sogn, Lyngen, Troms.²

      Mari Paulsdatter was also known as Mari Paulsdatter Tuftin.^3,4 She was born in 1796 at Hovlandeie, Lunder sogn, Ringerike, Buskerud.² She was christened on 8 May 1796 at Lunder sogn, Ringerike, Buskerud.^5,6

      Anna Knutsdatter Langeland was also known as Anna Knutsdatter Fiske.² She was born in 1804 at Samnanger, Hordaland.^1,2 She was christened on 20 May 1804 at Samnanger, Hordaland.² She married Johannes Ivarson Steinsland, son of Ivar Nilsson ( Kvale Steinsland 'Skogatræ' ) and Brita Torbjørnsdatter Lauvskar, on 17 July 1825 at Os prestegjeld, Hordaland.³

     She appeared on the 1865 Census at Myren (Grønsdalsmyri), Samnanger, Hordaland, with her husband and two adult children, as: Anne Knudsdatter, his wife (hans Kone), age 63, born in Os Parish.(See household and details).⁴

      Her husband, Johannes, died of old age (alderdom) on 26 February 1895 at Samnanger, Hordaland.⁵ She died on 5 December 1898 at Grønsdal, Samnanger, Hordaland, of old age (Alderdom).⁶ She was buried on 12 December 1898 at Samnanger kyrkje, Samnanger sogn, Os prestegjeld, Hordaland.⁶
